Academic Conference on "Interdisciplinary Integration and Innovation: Frontiers and Practices of Culture and Art from a Multidisciplinary Perspective"

 

To explore innovative development paths for culture and art in a global context and to promote academic exchange and intellectual exchange between South Korea and China, as well as in broader fields, the Korea-China Cultural and Artistic Education Exchange Association plans to hold an academic conference entitled “Cross-border Integration and Innovation: Frontiers and Practices of Culture and Art from a Multidisciplinary Perspective” on November 1, 2025 (Saturday) at Hanyang University in Seoul, South Korea. This conference aims to establish a high-level dialogue platform, bringing together scholars and practitioners from multiple disciplines, including literature, art studies, sociology, education, and digital technology, to jointly examine and envision the cutting-edge developments and practical experiences in culture and art. The call for papers is as follows:

7、Submission Requirements

  • Paper Content: The paper should present novel viewpoints, rigorous logic, and sufficient evidence, and should not have been previously published.
  • Format Requirements: Please submit an abstract and the full text. Submitted papers should be in both Chinese and English.
  • Abstract: Approximately 500 words, including the paper title, keywords, author’s name, affiliation, and contact information.
  • Full Text: No less than 5000 words. (After the paper is reviewed and accepted, professional proofreading and editing services will be provided at no additional cost to the author.)
  • Submission Method: Please send your manuscript to the official email address: hzwhysjl@163.com. Name the email subject as “Conference Submission + Author’s Name + Paper Title”.

8、Important Notes

  • Paper Review: This conference will charge a review fee for all submissions, which will be used to organize expert reviews. Please carefully read and strictly follow Article VII, “Submission Requirements,” in this announcement when writing your paper. All submitted papers will undergo academic integrity review and plagiarism detection. Papers that do not meet the format requirements or have excessively high duplication rates will not be submitted for review. Only papers that pass the initial review will proceed to the double-blind peer review stage. The review results will be notified via email.
  • Certificate Issuance and Inclusion: This conference will issue a “Paper Acceptance Notice” and a conference certificate to authors who have passed the review and completed the required registration and payment. The author information on the certificate will be based on the information provided at the time of submission. For papers with 3 or fewer authors, a maximum of 3 names can be listed in the author section; for more than 3 authors, the names of subsequent authors will not be included. Selected papers will be recommended by the conference to be included in any of the following partner databases: CNKI, CPVIP, or Google Scholar (subject to the final review results of the database). Once accepted for inclusion, requests to change author names or order, or to withdraw the manuscript, will not be accepted. Please ensure that the manuscript is finalized and author information is confirmed before submission.

  • Submission Deadline: October 15, 2025
  • Notification of Review Results: Initial review results will be sent via email within 15 business days of submission (7 business days for expedited submissions).
  • Conference Date: November 1, 2025 (Saturday)
