Based on the structural background of industrial intelligent transformation in the era of digital economy on the demand for technical and skilled talents, this study systematically discusses the innovative path of vocational education talent training mode. Taking the teaching reform of computer programming major in Nanjing Jiankang Advanced Technical School as the empirical research object, this paper focuses on the theoretical construction and practical paradigm of “industry-education integration-oriented engineering integration education model”. The study implements three core reform measures: first, a dynamically adjusted modular curriculum matrix is constructed according to the theory of competency-based education (CBE); second, innovate and implement the “dual teacher and dual ability” teaching mode of collaborative teaching between enterprise engineers and college teachers; Third, build a smart training ecosystem based on virtual simulation technology. Empirical data show that the education model has significantly improved in key indicators such as the adaptability of talents’ vocational ability and the efficiency of job competency training, and its innovative practice provides a reference paradigm for the supply-side structural reform of vocational education.
