Under the impetus of technological and management innovation, the informatization construction of hospital auditing has achieved remarkable progress. By building system platforms, applying big data technology and optimizing processes, it has improved auditing efficiency and risk prevention and control capabilities. However, the auditing process still faces multiple challenges, including vague management cognition, lack of institutional systems, unbalanced regional development, data silos, backward technological application and shortage of professional talents. This study proposes a hierarchical system with the structure of “infrastructure layer, data layer, application layer and management layer”, adopting design principles of modularity, scalability and security to construct an informatization support platform for auditing that covers the entire hospital and runs through the whole process. The implementation strategy focuses on data governance, analytical mining and guarantee mechanisms, emphasizing multi-dimensional data integration, standardized data cleaning and visual analysis. Meanwhile, it puts forward systematic guarantee measures such as organizational collaboration, unified technical standards, talent training and security protection.
