Journal Editor Positions
Wonford Press is currently seeking a highly organized, motivated, and energetic Journal Editor to support the company’s journal development.
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
- Assist with event planning and coordination (personal or professional)
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Assist in preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents
- Support with project management and execution of key business initiative
- Responsible for editing, formatting, and online publishing of manuscripts
- Responsible for the production and mailing of paper versions of journals
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs
- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information
- Ability to anticipate needs and provide seamless support to ensure optimal time and task management
