With the rapid development of digitalization and intellectualization, especially the popularization and application of various intelligent management technologies and equipment, new requirements and higher challenges have been put forward for the human resource management of innovation and entrepreneurship enterprises. The impact of digital and intelligent technologies on human resource management covers links such as recruitment, training, performance management, and compensation and benefits. At the same time, digital human resource management is faced with challenges like data security and employee privacy protection, and corresponding strategies such as enhancing data analysis capabilities and optimizing information systems should be proposed. It is emphasized that innovation and entrepreneurship enterprises should actively embrace the intelligent trend, improve the efficiency of human resource management, and enhance their competitiveness.
