II. Conference Introduction
The 1st Academic Conference on Optoelectronic Information Processing and Computer Applications 2026 is scheduled to be held online or offline from November 19 to 20, 2026.To advance the in-depth interdisciplinary integration of optoelectronic information technology and computer science, the conference focuses on technological innovation and industrial development in cutting-edge fields including optoelectronic information sensing, intelligent information processing, optical communication and networks, optoelectronic computing and engineering applications.It aims to build a high-level, interdisciplinary and open academic exchange platform, bringing together experts, scholars and technical elites from universities, research institutes and enterprises at home and abroad.The conference will jointly discuss the latest theories, key technologies, algorithmic models and engineering practices in optoelectronic information processing, promote the transformation of academic achievements and industry-university-research collaborative innovation, and support the high-quality development of optoelectronic technology, artificial intelligence, computer applications and other related fields.

All accepted papers will be peer‑reviewed by at least two committee members or professional reviewers.Accepted and registered papers will be published in the conference proceedings by XXX Press and submitted for indexing in EI Compendex.
VIII. Submission Guidelines
- Papers must be at least 4 pages (double-column) in length, written in English, and must not have been published or submitted to any academic journals or conferences at home or abroad.
- The conference template can be downloaded from the “Resources Download” section on the official website.
- The conference only accepts submissions in English. If you require translation services, please contact the person in charge of the conference.
- The conference adopts an online submission system, with full technical support provided by Wonford Press Limited. Please click the icon below to submit your manuscript.
- It is recommended that authors check for plagiarism using iThenticate or other reputable channels. Any manuscript rejected due to text reuse caused by the author shall be the sole responsibility of the author.
- Papers must be typeset in accordance with the template provided on the conference’s official website.

- Authors: One author per registered paper is entitled to free attendance.
- Keynote Speakers: Invited speeches subject to committee review.
- Oral Presentation: 10 minutes per presentation.
- Poster Presentation: A1 size, color printing required.
- Audience Attendance: Welcome to participate in discussions without paper submission.
